I recently worked on a project with Anne George of word and web through our mailing house, Post Haste. The job involved Post Haste printing a cover sheet and arranging plastic wrap for 30,000 pre-printed magazines.

As a mailing house that strives to meet deadlines, obviously delivery times, account set up for smooth transactions and a great deal of pre-planning are very important and can often send a job 'pear-shaped' if not managed properly. In my dealings with Anne, I have found her to be more organised than I could have possibly asked for.

Magazine specifications were discussed before printing of the actual document - avoiding any chance of not being able to run the magazine. Different alternatives were discussed in order for Anne's customer to receive the best postage rate possible. Timetables were given months in advance to make sure everyone (printer, customer and mailing house) knew exactly what was happening and when. Delivery times were organized months in advance to avoid any confusion or any delays. Any changes to times were advised well before commencement of the job.

This type of information can often be considered irrelevant and customers regularly do not pay much attention to detail when it comes to these issues. This can often cause serious problems or delays in delivery time.

In my experience working on this project with Anne, I have found her to be professional and her attention to detail is second to none. If all customers could be as friendly, professional, organized and easy to work with as Anne, my job would be made easy (maybe even non existent!) I look forward to any future dealings I may have with Anne and would highly recommend her services.
